ORDERING INFORMATION

WEBSITE ORDERS
When you place an order on our website, you will receive an automatic confirmation acknowledging that we have received your order request. Orders will be fulfilled and shipped by the end of the following business day (Monday through Friday). Once your credit card has been processed and the order shipped – you will receive another email confirmation along with a tracking number, if appropriate. If there are any questions regarding shipment, addresses, payment or inventory – GiftProse will contact you via email or telephone prior to order fulfillment.

SHIPPING
GiftProse uses UPS for shipping outside the local area. Courier services are used within the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. See our shipping policy .

SALES TAX
A sales tax of 5.00% is added to all orders shipped to addresses within the state of Virginia. Sales tax is not charged on shipments to gift recipients located outside of Virginia.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express (U.S. credit cards only).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At this time, GiftProse does not typically ship to international destinations. However, we do accept online orders using a U.S. credit card for gifts to be delivered within the continental U.S. Shipments can be made overseas using normal mail delivery service, but no tracking is possible. If you would like to ship overseas, please email us at info@giftprose.com.

EXCHANGE POLICY
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us at 866-933-4438 and we will gladly exchange the damaged item for a replacement gift.
