SHIPPING SCHEDULE - Orders are processed MONDAYS THROUGH FRIDAYS between 9 am and 5 pm EST. Orders received by 2:00 pm typically ship the same day. During checkout - you will see when your gift will arrive using a variety of shipping options (ground, 3-day, 2-day, next day or Saturday). GiftProse ships anywhere within the continental U.S. via FedEx. Additional shipping fees apply for shipments to ALASKA and HAWAII of $14.95 which is charged as a separate transaction. See the chart below for the estimated time it takes for packages to arrive via ground from our fulfillment center. Orders are delivered on weekdays only unless Saturday delivery is requested for an extra fee. Prices are based on shipping a maximum of 2 gifts per shipping address. Currently, GiftProse can ship internationally via the United States Postal Service, and we can deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses on a case by case bases. All shipping carriers do not guarantee deliveries during severe storms.
FUTURE DELIVERIES - During checkout, you will be given the option to select a future delivery date if you would like the gift to arrive close to a particular date. Simply select the date you want your gift to arrive and we will ship accordingly.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS - Shipping charges are based on sending a single shipping box. Additional charges will be incurred for each additional box needed to accommodate the total order. These shipping costs will be charged separately from the website transaction.

FedEx guarantees the day of delivery for every ground package you ship to any address within the 48 contiguous states (see Terms and Conditions for details). Service Map colors may vary due to differences in hardware and software. For the scheduled days in transit for ground packages shipped within the 48 contiguous states, please use the Time-in-Transit calculator shipping from zip code 22192.
If no one is at the destination to receive the package, it will be left at the door unless otherwise requested. An $10.00 additional re-delivery fee may be charged if a second delivery is required or if an incorrect address is provided. HOSPITAL DELIVERIES - Deliveries to hospitals will not be guaranteed. It is recommended to wait until the patient returns home if possible since it is not unusual for gifts to be lost within the hospital or to arrive after the patient checks out. Refunds will not be made for hospital deliveries.
SHIPPING CHOCOLATE GIFTS - Gifts containing chocolates should be shipped within one day in warmer months and climates. If the shipping address is located within the 1 day shipping range, then Ground can be used. Otherwise, please select Overnight shipping for your order to ensure that the product will arrive in good form. We also recommend shipping chocolates early in the week rather than just before a weekend so as not to prolong arrival time.
