Damages must be reported to GiftProse immediately, within 24 hours. Please have a description of the missing or damaged parts for reference when calling. Any products to be returned to must have a Return Authorization (RA#) number AND order number issued. This number MUST be visible on the outside of package returned, or package will be refused.
Any no damage products returned will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. All returns need to be sent prepaid; we will not accept C.O.D. returns. Return claims must be made within 10 days of receipt. We will not be responsible for unauthorized returns. PLEASE NOTE: Any non-defective product returned for refund will be assessed the original shipping charges.
