**HolidayOrder Processing Deadlines**
Ground orders placed before 1 PM CST on Monday 12/19/2016 are guaranteed to shipprior to Christmas. "Guaranteed to ship" does notmean they will be delivered before Christmas especially considering our 2business day lead time on all Ground orders.
Ground orders placed after 1 PM CST on Monday 12/19/2016 are not guaranteed to shipprior to our holiday closing on December 22nd. We will continue to ship ordersout in the order they are received and make every effort to ship every order wepossibly can through Thursday 12/22/2016.
Air orders(Next Day, 2 Day, 3 Day) placed before 10 AM CSTon Wednesday 12/21/2016 are guaranteed to ship prior to Christmas. Again,this is "Guaranteed to ship" and does not mean that the giftwill be delivered prior to the Christmas holiday.
We will continue to ship ordersreceived through Wednesday 12/21/2016 in the order in which they are receivedthrough 12/22/2016. However, we cannot guarantee all Air orders(NextDay, 2 Day, 3 Day) received after 10 AM on 12/21/2016 will beshipped out prior to our Holiday closure.
Finally, we are open onThursday, December 22nd for customer service purposes and to finish up shippingany of the shipments that we can prior to closing for the holiday. Any neworders placed after 1 pm Central on Wednesday December 21st will most likelynot be processed for shipment until December 27th and please take intoconsideration our 2 business days lead time in December.
